Rebate Coverage in the US

This map shows how the commercial lighting rebate climate has changed since 2008. As states and utilities struggled to meet electric demand, more and more energy efficiency programs developed in order to curb energy usage. By doing this, they didn't have to build new power plants.

Currently, 77% of the United States is covered by an active commercial lighting rebate program. As you can see, rebate programs are constantly changing due to deadlines, funding levels, rules, etc.
